Sheards is an accountancy practice based in Huddersfield town centre. Whilst long established, we are a firm with a modern outlook, always looking to develop and improve.
If you are looking for a part time, office based role, working with a friendly team, then this could be the perfect position for you.
The role will be to support our payroll bureau and personal tax department. It is a new position, necessary due to an ongoing increase in the demand for the services dealt with by this busy team. Whilst applicants with experience of payroll or tax will have a strong application, such experience isn’t essential (although good numeracy skills are!). We will be looking for an individual who has previously worked in a busy office environment, working to tight deadlines where client satisfaction is vital. An appetite to learn new skills is essential.
The role is part time, between 15 and 20 hours per week, with the exact timing of those hours to be discussed with the successful applicant. It may be that additional hours are required at especially busy times such as the end of the month.
