Following the fantastic feedback received after our previous two peer to peer support group, we’re hosting another with Challenging Leaders on Thursday 23rd June from 8:00 – 10:00am..
The session is aimed to provide business leaders with the opportunity to develop both themselves and their businesses by discussing issues currently facing their business with their peers.
How does a Peer to Peer group work?
Small groups of business owners and managers with a similar sized business / stage of growth meet to discuss issues facing their business.
Topics are presented to the group, with members voting on which topics are to addressed during the session.
Members ask questions around the issue to help the person with the issue delve deeper into why this issue exists and then they provide insight into how they would deal with the issues raised.
The outcome is that members go away with dozens of ideas on how to move their business forward, whilst also reinforcing that steps they may have already taken are the right course of action.

- Pastries will be served on arrival with tea, coffee and juice.
