These are extraordinary times, and last night's measures announced by the Prime Minister took things to the next level.
As you may be aware, since Tuesday 17th March our team has been working from home. We are fortunate that our IT systems have enabled to do this relatively smoothly. Members of the team have taken the occasional trip to the office to collect files, but other than that it has been remote working for all. These occasional visits have allowed us to keep up with regular activities such as opening and dealing with post.
Due to yesterday's announcement, you should assume that, with immediate effect, we will not be accessing anything delivered to our office, either by post or through the letterbox, for at least the next 3 weeks. If you do have documentation that you need to get to us then get in touch with your regular contact at Sheards, either by email or by calling the office number, in order that we can arrange an alternative way of sending the information. The office number is being diverted and operating under normal office hours 8.30-5.00 Mon –Thurs and 8.30-4.30 Friday
Remote working is allowing us to continue to support you for all your needs, so rest assured that you remain in safe hands. It will be a little while before we see you of course, although are starting to get our heads around video conferencing, so look out for developments on that!
