As well as undergoing your AAT qualification, you will be introduced to the preparation of year end accounts for small businesses. You will also be given hands on experience in other areas of accountancy such as book-keeping, tax returns and payroll. With support from our friendly team, training will be given to ensure you can provide outstanding service to your own allocation of clients. We will support you in developing skills in various bookkeeping software packages, including but not limited to, Quick Books, Sage, Xero and Kashflow. The key responsibilities for this role include: Year end accounts preparation for small businesses Preparation of self-assessment tax returns Provide book-keeping assistance and support to clients Preparation of VAT Returns for clients The working hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with Lunch 12.30 to 1.30 pm (subject to Flexible Working variations).
