A Proud History

When Fred Sheard started his business as a Certified Accountant in 1903, it is unlikely he imagined his practice would continue to flourish over 100 years later.

The firm continued to practice as Fred Sheard & Sons from it's original premises in Kirkgate Buildings in Huddersfield town centre until the move to its current premises in 1987.

The current partnership structure has been in place since 2003 and the firm's name was changed to Sheards in early 2004. This has resulted in the firm taking a more innovative approach to accounting and extending it's client services.
